The UniVest Building is a five story office located north of the Florida Eye Institute overlooking the Indian River Lagoon.

We are located less than 1/8 mile south of the Barber Bridge on the east side Indian River Boulevard in Vero Beach. The Univest Building is convenient to beachside residents and businesses, the hospital/medical area, downtown Vero Beach, Royal Palm Pointe and the Miracle Mile Shopping area. The building has two elevators for your convenience, with electronic access after business hours for your safety and free parking for tenants and visitors.

Also for your convenience, we have an on-site USPS mail box and FedEx drop box to meet your daily needs.
