Being located in the UniVest Building is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, other businesses, and even a grocery store. The lagoon offers a beautiful view where you can watch the fish jumping out of water, pelicans feeding, and visiting manatees and dolphins to name a few. You can also get to the beach in 5 minutes as we are just south of the Barber Bridge on Indian River Boulevard in Vero Beach, Florida.
